No-show/ Payment policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your requested and approved tour, please cancel least 96 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee. Rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the scheduled beginning of the tour via our website.
In the event of a no-show, a fee of $40 will be charged, plus an additional $5 per person based on the number of participants indicated on your tour request form. If a range is provided, the higher end will be used to calculate the no-show fee.
No fees will be charged if the cancellation is due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond anyone's control. In such cases, we will also contact you promptly to notify you of any changes.

Please be prepared to pay for your tour with cash, check, or card on the day of your visit. Alternatively, we can send you an invoice for payment.
In the case of invoice payment, full payment is required within seven days of the invoice issuing date, unless a different due date is noted on the invoice header. Payments made later than seven days after the invoice has been emailed will incur a $5 late fee for each additional day until payment is received.

This late fee may be waived if a written agreement, detailing an extension or payment plan, is signed by both the International Peace Museum and the customer.

A convenience fee will be charged on all invoices paid via card. To avoid this fee, payments can be made in full via cash or check. Please ensure the invoice number is provided to map the payment correctly.

The International Peace Museum reserves the right to waive any fees or surcharges at its sole discretion, without prior agreement.
