I understand that unsolicited object(s) shipped or brought to the Museum cannot be accepted and will be treated as abandoned property and potentially discarded

I understand that submitting this form does NOT guarentee my donation(s) will be accepted by the International Peace Museum

I understand that if my donation is accepted by the International Peace Museum, I will have to complete a legal transfer known as a Deed of Gift
